Post 8 >> Summer Plans

All years I said: "This summer I will go on to Vilches", but I never does.  I like natural places like Vilches, that is the pre-Andes zone of the Maule. Because the fresh air and the rivers there are so calm and relaxing.
The last summer I travel to Curanipe, a small beach near to Talca with my high school friends. It was so good, because we are like a small and happy family. We ate delicious food, bathe in the sea and play "Lota" in a local fair.
But, this travel was only a weekend, the rest of the time I spend my time watching TV with my little brother.
I think that is my principal goal in the summers is spend time with him. Watch anime, cartoons and eat some snack. He is a very funny boy and I really enjoy his company.
In my family we don't usually  travel on vacations , because the travels are expensive, but we enjoy the time watching some movie or visiting my oldparents.
I have two cousins of my age, we are like brothers and they don't travel so much neither, so we visit our houses and we waste the time on company.
Anyway, this summer I want to do the professional practice maybe, I don't feel completelly prepared but that doesn't matter, because I learning. This is the most important thing.  And spend time with my family obviously, especially with my little brother.

When we left school, there was only one panorama: turn on the television and watch "El club de los tigritos". An intfantil TV show broadcaster throught CHV on afternoons.

The song of "El gato cósmico" or Doraemon began and I felt at home. Then followed those Japanese drawings that were not only entertainment, now that I understand better, were a constant learning.

A good hunter, as he said in Hunter X Hunter, gets along well with animals. And that's how my fear of dogs was removed. A good hunter gets along well with beasts.

I also learned that in life there are not only good moments, but everything is under the law of equivalent exchange, as in Full metal alchemist.This anime reforce my interest for science, because alchemistry is a mystic and ancient form for learn the nature knowledge.

Or that you always have to fight, even if everything is against you; faithful to your convictions and never alone. As did the bronze saints at Saint Seiya when they fight versus the patriarca and after, the god of death, Hades. All of this for Athena and the people.

One of my goals, if life leads me to work in television: to return the anime to the public tv.Or almost a protected band for children, without publicity and suitable for all audiences. Because I understand the television like a popular form of representation by the people, only the rest the "for the people" part, but I hope can will work fot that.

P6 >> POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

In the future, I wish continue studying about audiovisual language, especially about infantil content.

I think that the children are the future of our life forms, they are the construction of our "be better" intentions.

Because of that, is important that they watch good and pedagogical programs, always keeping the enjoy, anyway.

Other option would be learn about biology, and the interconnections of this discipline with the communication area.

Because I think that communication procedure are directly related to the socio-biological of mutual coexistence, and not responding to competitive logic imposed by the capitalism, we are social animals and I have hope about the abolition of the anthropocentric eye of the humankind.

I would like travel to, the opportunity to learn more and live in another country, maybe without get out of latin America, Uruguay or Argentina sounds so good.

Other discipline that I would like to learn is the narrative write, but the professional way. Go beyond the journalistic forms to write, it's so bored to me; because we don't explore our creativity writing about vacations or the others empty themes that unfortunately are the main content in the news.

Actually, I would like to learn anything, but, always thinking in the recovery of the public Tv's spaces for children.

I don't only like the animation or puppets, I really trust in the importance of the take care about the children are watching because the influence in their construction is the base of the personality of a future behavior, and their empathy with the environment.

P5- My future Job

Now, I'm study journalism but each year I'm farther  about the journalism things. Since I became to study the audiovisual format for the  college homeworks, I feel that I wish make this area my profesion, even use it for investigation.

My first objetive it would be making Tv series for children, they are the most fearless people, because in they minds don't feel distrust for the other people, not yet.  Or at least I have hope about their growing can be guied for the building of a better society; always keeping the trust in their great capability and never understimate their ideas.

The next step would be the rebuilding of the Tv infantil spaces. A place without publicity, clean and ready for the creativity. With pedagogical, funny and diverse content.
While I know the history behing the television and they use as a ideological tool. But this is the challenge, benefit the children understanding its principal needs.

Thinking in the far future, I would like study etnography for learn about the human behaviour in their essence, across the visuality and compare with biologycal analisis of their actions.

Finally, and motivated for a deeper feelings I should study biology. This is one of a my principal interest because this science try to explain the connections between the varied life forms.

 

P3 - Themed Post 1 "Super-Heroes"

First, I want to say that I don't like American superheroes very much. I feel that they are built from more or less empty, testosteronic ideas, and that they deny or are ashamed of weakness.
Apart from being tools of ideological domination produced by hegemony.

Anyway, if I have to choose a Spider-Man, I would be the first, especially in the third movie of that saga. It's awful, but it still amuses me a lot.

 My favorite super hero is Saitama, from the anime One Punch Man. He's not very well known, but little by little he's become popular.He's bald and wears a yellow suit with red boots and a white cape.

He's invincible and every time he confronts an opponent, he defeats him with a single blow. What brings a great questioning to his passion: to be a hero.Because, before he was a normal person and after a mysterious training managed to get an incalculable power.

It makes you think that life is more than fame and power, but that it also means living well and being a good person.

Free Themed Topic 2 "The End of the World"

Since I have momories, I with my dad are preparing for that moment. When the the fire starts to burn, like a Disclosure song.
Joking, we talk about the form that The End will happen: an infection that make us zombies, a climate change will leave us like Mad Max, the bible way (that is less boring that the people think) or any other rare form with aliens, for example. 
Seriously, I don't belive that we can will see the end of the world, maybe we will feel the consequences of the madness of the humanity; the climate crisis is real.
Our planet is dying and the speed of the changes increases exponentially dailly. And the true guilty aren't the people,even though our consumist form of life sould be change radically.
The true enemy is the capitalist way of life that is imported from the colonialist countries, that make us consume more resources than we can recover.
Greta Thunberg tell to us about that and the people still do nothing more than buy thing that they don't need.
Sometimes, I think that we deserve the suffering of the end but the child are inocents, because of that we should protect the environment and enjoy the nature, while we can.

P2: Concert

 The concert I have the best memories of was in Talca, my hometown, many years ago, I think I was 15 years old at the time. 

It was part of a government program that animated summers in regions.

The day was opened by a local band called "La poquita cosa" that I liked very much, and then gave way to the "Banda Conmoción" , which is a group of gypsy music mixed with national folklore.

I went alone, but I met some cousins and their friends; we danced and talked a lot.

Until the main course came out, there was great expectation because the band was "Chico Trujillo", who clearly doesn't need explanations to know that the event will be good. 

It might not have been the best concert, but I had such a good time. It was a lot of dancing and great bands that are still with me, ten years later. I feel renovated after that amazing injection of endorphins because of that it was the best.

P1: A Country I'd like to Visit

I would like to travel to Japan, specifically to the city of Kyoto. Since this used to be the capital of the city in ancient times.

Here you can find great Buddhist temples and vestiges of what was an oriental look at the deity.

I wonder what would have happened if instead of receiving the Christian heritage of European colonization. It would have been the influence of the other side of the Pacific who mixed with our native cultures.

Perhaps we would understand things quite differently.

I would also like to visit Mount Fuji and some other natural places to better understand the wonderful landscapes that are drawn in the anime.

I would also like to take a course in aesthetics in Japan, in order to understand how this culture is symbolically related, its connection with nature and the cosmovision with which the environment is looked at.

Finally, I would like to travel through both the countryside and the cities of Japan to differentiate the changes and compare them with our development as a society, because although we are far away, there are many similarities to the autochthonous cultures of our country.
